​Originally from York in the UK and then living and working across the Americas and Europe over a 25 year period has been a remarkable and fulfilling experience. The people I have met and relationships built both in business and privately have provided me with some amazing memories, many still fresh and vivid in my mind remain today.

During my time managing large OEM accounts for tier 1 suppliers, it has always been apparent that effective and successful account management required a lot more than the development of positive, friendly relationships with key customer personnel. In many cases the customer relationships were great but the business was continually plagued by issues arising across a range of functional areas.

The answer in the majority of cases was a "re-focusing" on customer satisfaction and the development of a more customer-centric approach. Having spent much of my career figuring out how to grow these accounts, I decided to create MFC to help companies similarly succeed by utilising the techniques and approaches gleaned over the years.

Working with customers has always been a passion of mine and has certainly comprised the most challenging and enjoyable part of my career - MFC is set up to collaborate with a wide range of company sizes to build-in effective account management processes through sustainable customer engagement tactics.

We are able to offer a uniquely international perspective on business growth through effective account management. Combining this with a focus on customer-centric and culturally-aligned key account management, MFC has a unique blend of technical and commercial business development tools.​
